Phạm Đức Thành là một nhạc sỹ Quốc tế sử dụng đàn một dây (Đàn Bầu). Anh sinh năm 1956 tại thôn Đoan Bình xã Gia phú , huyện Gia Viễn, tỉnh Ninh Bình. Tài năng âm nhạc đã thể hiện từ tuổi thơ: 4 tuổi đã biết chơi trống chèo, 5 tuổi đàn Mandolin, 6 tuổi biết Đàn Bầu, Đàn Nhị… .Năm 1974, nhạc sỹ Đức Thành đã rời ra Hà Nội vì được mời vào nhà hát chèo Việt Nam (Là nhà hát chèo lớn nhất quốc gia) và được là một nhạc công chính thức về Đàn Bầu.

Anh và gia đình được định cư tại Montreal, Canada năm 1996. Hiện tại, người nhạc sỹ đa năng của Montréal với cây Ðàn Bầu đã hòa nhập dễ dàng với những giai điệu âm nhac dân gian thế giới một cách tuyệt vời.
